Ukrainian artist Mariia Moiseienko has an exhibition of her paintings at the East Riding Theatre in Beverley. It runs until 6th February. Born and raised in Kyiv, she has worked in the creative sphere since 2007.
I do not know much about Mariia's work but she describes painting as a freed feeling.
This painting shows Mariia's feeling for the current situation in Ukraine and the suffering caused by war.
